Presentation
The terroir of Château Grand Dignitaire, owned by Yannick Alliaud, is largely located on land that once belonged to the Papacy of Avignon, on the Côteaux d'Avignon plateau overlooking the papal city.
Facing south-east, the plots are bordered by majestic cypress trees that subtly limit the amount of sunshine, allowing this excellent white Côtes du Rhône to express a lovely aromatic expression on the nose and palate.
Subtly rich and delicious on the palate, with a fresh finish that will delight you!

Tasting
Attractive pale gold colour. Very elegant, expressive nose of exotic fruit and white flowers. A full attack on the palate, with good volume and complex aromas of exotic fruit and white-fleshed fruit (pear). The finish is fresh, elegant, harmonious and long.
Food pairings
Aperitif, starters, fish and shellfish, fresh cheeses. Can also be enjoyed with dessert.
