Terroir
Clay-limestone terraces and Miocene sediments.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at aromatic maturity, early in the morning. Direct pressing. Control of the fermentation temperature in temperature-controlled concrete vats to preserve the aromas.

Tasting
Nice pale pink colour. Intense nose with notes of red fruits and sweets. The palate is fresh and delicious, combining crisp fruit, finesse and a lightly zesty finish that brings real vibrancy. A harmonious, bright and highly enjoyable rosé.

Aperitifs, summer salads, exotic and Mediterranean cuisine, delicatessen, grilled fish and meats. Pleasure wine.
