Laurasso in Provençal means "impetuous wind". The name of this cuvée is therefore a nod to the famous mistral wind that cradles and purifies our vineyard located on the eastern slopes of the city of Avignon, a long plateau of rolled pebbles (10km), at an altitude of 115 meters, facing north / south.

Pebbly soil on clay-limestone slopes with rolled pebbles.

Traditional vinification and thermovinification to obtain fruity notes.

Tasting
Nice ruby color. Complex and expressive aromas of fresh and fleshy fruits (burlat cherry) and spices (liquorice). The attack on the palate is supple and round, with flavours of berries such as blackcurrant, blackberry and redcurrant, and a hint of sweet liquorice and spices. The tannins are present but silky, with a fresh, long and balanced finish.
