Winemaking
Vinification is carried out after a short hot maceration to extract maximum aromas and an attractive color. Subsequent alcoholic fermentation takes place in the liquid phase, with temperature control to obtain high-quality fermentative aromas.

Tasting
A nice, brilliant color, with notes of fresh red fruit and a sensation of freshness. On the palate, lovely volume and very fine, silky tannins. A hint of cocoa and vanilla comes through at the end of the tasting, with a pleasantly refreshing effect.
