Tasting
Nice golden colour. Notes of white-fleshed fruit (fresh pear) and citrus. Lovely volume and sweetness on the palate, with aromas of fresh fruit. Fat and unctuous, with good length.
Food pairings
Aperitif, starters, fish and shellfish, goat cheese or cooked pressed cheese. Can also be enjoyed with dessert. Pleasure wine.
