Our vineyard technician, Jean-Christian ARSAC, selects plots for organic winegrowing, followed by traditional vinification in concrete vats with daily racking, to extract color and tannins that are refined during long maceration and ageing in vats.

Tasting
Deep garnet-red color. On the nose, complex, expressive aromas with notes of jammy fruit. A warm, round but powerful attack, marked by licorice, spices and a hint of garrigue. Present, well-coated tannins increase the volume and give an intense, very pleasant length. A well-balanced wine.
Food pairings
Charcuterie, grilled meats, meats in sauce. It's also a wonderful accompaniment to festive meals or meals with friends.
