Terroir
Limestone pebbles and gravel, fine sand, clay, red marl.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification with controlled temperature during the alcoholic fermentation. Maceration in concrete vats for 6 to 8 weeks.

Tasting
Intense and deep ruby color. On the nose, a symphony of aromas revealing notes of ripe red fruit, black cherries and blackberries, with hints of spices and liquorice evoking the sunny terroir. The attack on the palate is both velvety and powerful, offering a perfect balance between rich flavours and fresh tannins. Layers of juicy fruit, black pepper and garrigue follow one another harmoniously . Its concentration is impressive, and its firm, well-structured tannins give it great elegance. The long lasting finish leaves a lingering subtil taste of red fruit and sweet spices. Alcohol content 14% alc./vol.
