Traditional vinification with temperature control during the alcoholic fermentation. Maceration in concrete vats for 4 to 6 weeks.

Tasting
Nice deep and bright color. Enchanting bouquet of red fruit, with subtil notes of spices and garrigue. Velvety and enveloping in mouth. Perfectly balanced, with elegant flavors of ripe red fruits combined with spicy notes and hints of thyme. Its concentration is undeniable, and its well-integrated tannins give it structure and finesse. Long finish with lingering red fruit and sweet spice flavours. A wine to savour with pleasure now, but which also promises a nice future in the cellar. Alcohol content : 14% alc./vol.
