Tasting
Deep colour with garnet highlights. Complex and expressive aromas of ripe red fruit. On the palate, the attack is supple and round, marked by the presence of sweet liquorice and spices (slightly peppery), and well-coated tannins. Beautiful length, underscored by a fresh and balanced finish. A rich and harmonious wine.
Food pairings
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat or meat in sauce, Mediterranean dishes, or even a cheese platter. Ideal for a convivial meal with family or friends.
