Serving
To be served at 15/16°C
Tasting
Garnet color. Nose with notes of red and black fruits. Supple and fruity attack, evolving into spicy notes (vanilla) with a touch of minerality. Presents coated tannins and a licorice finish, bringing harmonious balance to the whole.
Food pairings
Ideal with meat dishes in sauce (stews, braised meats), grilled meats, and strong cheeses.
