The terroir of Château Grand Dignitaire, owned by Yannick Alliaud, is located on land that
once belonged to the Papacy of Avignon, on the Côteaux d'Avignon plateau overlooking the
papal city.
Facing south-east, the generously sunny plots are covered with pebbles on the surface and

Tasting
Dark color. A nose of red and black fruits, with spicy notes. On the palate, intense flavors of black fruits, especially blackcurrant, with a hint of liquorice. Well-rounded tannins provide both volume and a long, structured finish.
