Advice

Serving
To be served at 15/16°C.
Tasting
Deep garnet-red colour. Complex, expressive aromas with notes of jammy fruit. The attack is warm and round but powerful, marked by liquorice, spices and a hint of garrigue; the tannins are present and well-coated, increasing the volume and giving an intense and very pleasant length. A well-balanced wine.
Food pairings
Game, red meat, strong cheeses.
