Terroir
The vineyard is planted on Miocene soils (sandstone, limestone sandstone, conglomerates) and Quaternary surface formations (scree, terraces).
Winemaking
The grapes, harvested when ripe, are destemmed and crushed. This is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete vats for around 30 days.
