Laurasso in Provençal means "impetuous wind". This name of cuvée is therefore a nod to the mythical mistral that cradles and cleanses our vineyard located on the East Coast of the city of Avignon, long plateau of rolled pebbles (10km), with an altitude of 115 meters oriented north / south.

Pebbly soil on clay-limestone slopes.

Traditional vinification and thermovinification to obtain fruity notes.

Tasting
Intense garnet color. Complex and expressive aromas of fresh and fleshy fruits (burlat cherry). The attack on the palate is supple and round, with notes of sweet licorice and spices. The tannins are present but silky, with a long and balanced finish.

Cheese starters, cold cuts, grills, poultry, soft cheeses.
