The wine
Comes from the name of the area where the vines grow. A statue of Saint Sebastien is still visible in this neighborhood. 6 hectares of vines are vinifed for an average production of 296 hectolitres. This wine is mostly based on Grenache.

Tasting notes
Deep garnet color. Expressive and spicy nose, with notes of liquorice and cooked black fruits. Ample, structured and spicy mouth. Nice long and fresh finish.
