Advice

Serving
To be served at 15/16°C
Tasting
Nice deep colour. Aromas of fresh red berries and spices. The palate is soft and supple on entry, with notes of liquorice and spice. The tannins are smooth and silky.
Food pairings
A versatile companion to grilled lamb, roast duck, Provençal-style dishes, hearty Mediterranean cuisine, charcuterie and mature cheeses. Its smooth tannins and spicy character also make it a natural match for slow-cooked meats and herb-infused dishes.
