The wine
The Ventoux Vineyard is located at the foothill of the southern side of Mont Ventoux.
We wanted to clarify the implementation of our vines by naming this cuvee "Ventoux Sud".
Terroir
Clayey calcareous soils.
Vinification
Direct pressing. Low temperature fermentation (14°/15°C) for approximately 20 days.

Tasting notes
Gold color with green hints. Nice bouquet with pear and white flowers.
Ample and velvety on the palate, with grapefruit aromas and a nice finish with saline notes.
