The wine
This cuvée pays homage to summer pleasures… a glass of rosé by the pool, with a view over Mont Ventoux and the sound of crickets singing in the background.
A simple, but unforgettable, pleasure.

To produce this wine, the grape juice is partially macerated with the skins. Fermentation takes place over around 20 days at a temperature of 16° C.
