La Combe St-Roch Villages - Professional range

Story

The wine
This cuvée takes its name from the porte Saint Roch, one of the gates in the ramparts of Avignon. Also known as the porte des vins, it provides access to the countryside surrounding the city. The gate was used by the Avignon popes to access their vineyards, which stretched from the edge of the city to Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, along a hillside from the village of Caumont-sur-Durance to Sorgues, one of the most prestigious locations in the Rhône valley.
