Cardinalices Grande Réserve - Professional range

Story

The wine
First flagship of our selections in volume, DEMAZET vinifies over 8,000 hectoliters in that quality. The vineyards selected to produce this wine extend over 225 hectares. It relies on diversity and chemistry of soils, grape varieties and the age of the vines. Our perseverance allows us to keep a constant typicity vintage after vintage.
Our vineyard was one of the first established in the region thanks to the presence of the Popes in Avignon from 1309 to 1423. They developed the growing of vines for the communion wine. We produce the "Cardinalices" cuvee in honor of the cardinals who took care of the vineyard in our region. This is a pleasant wine, representative of the wines of the Rhone Valley.
